Two thumbs up for Aaron at Silver Lion. Despite some frustrated communication from me and some phone tag (thank you, iphone, for automatically silencing calls you do not recognize....), he was incredibly professional and very helpful. Although I am certain that he is ridiculously busy, he took time for me and I never felt rushed or that I was a burden. I would recommend this service to anyone with student loan questions or issues. Five stars!
