Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Bellefontaine, OH

Have been banking here for over a year. Never have had a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Also they are very helpful and have gone out of their way to help me. They helped me build my credit back up which is an added bonus. Miss Jordan Blanton is my favorite lady there. She is exceptional by all means. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Never disappointed any time I go there. Even though they can get busy inside they are relatively fast for being short staffed. Drive thru is very quick. And I love the option on ATM there as you can get any denomination of bills that you want. I don’t know if any other ATM that allows you to get fives and ones as an option! Highly recommend this bank! Wish I would’ve banked here sooner!

Customer service is great at this location

I go in to cash a check for $16.87. I hand her my drivers license. She asked if I have my debit card. I said no. She then required my social security number to cash the check. My drivers license is the never version. I felt like a criminal. What's more worrysome is if teller is properly trained. I'll be looking to do more banking at another banking institution which I already have an account with.

Crooks wanted $54 to cash a check from their bank. I will never accept a check drawn from Fith Third ever again.

I will never bank with them again had five fraud charges with just the time I was with them. Don't bank with them if you love keeping your money
