Richwood Bank, Bellefontaine, OH

We love working with Richwood. Every time we walk through the door we are greeted with a smile. They are what I picture all banks were 'back in the day', before they became huge, national profit monsters and people became just account numbers. The staff at Richwood make an effort to remember their members and to make us feel like we are part of their family when they see us. They even treat the next generation of account holders so well that my daughter is excited to do her future banking with Richwood. Make sure to go ahead and choose an organization to donate to and set up your Richwood Coffee account when you open your banking accounts with Richwood!

When I say there isn’t a better group of people to bank with, I mean it. Richwood Bank truly is the best bank locally (I also bank with USAA and 2 other local banks). I don’t know how they find the super stars that they employ but everyone is amazing there. I’ve worked with Bethany and Joel at the Huntsville location, they are both amazing to work with. Since a branch came to Bellefontaine I won’t be going there as often unfortunately, but if you’ve been dissatisfied with your current bank, I highly recommend Richwood. A++
