They sure don't communicate well. I tried to open an account and I was told someone would call me. I got a check cashed and was told I would get the fee back when I became a member but no one called me. Great job!

Genfed in Bryan is the absolute best! The whole team is amazing they go out of their way to help you and never leave you hanging. I cannot speak highly enough about the awesome manager Heather Siders! This place has their act together and puts their customers first. I recommend this Branch to everyone. ❤️

I absolutely love GenFed. While I lived in the area, I used them for all my financial needs. Their online app is a breeze to use and super convenient! There hours are extended longer than most banks which makes it easy to get there after work. I love that they are open on Saturdays too. The staff is helpful and professional!
