Premier Bank, Bryan, OH

Ever since the switch to Premier, this bank has gone downhill fast. I ordered a debit card over the phone, then after waiting 4 weeks, was told the order was never actually placed. I always loved banking with the Bowling Green branch but after the poor service here I’m closing my account and moving to Chase.

If you are looking for a good place to bank, First Federal is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. They are very friendly, kind and respectful people. I am from Tennessee. The people in this bank are one of the few businesses I have dealt with that have treated me with dignity since I moved to Bryan. I am so very glad I have chosen to bank at First Federal. I recently banked at PNC but since they are closing their doors and relocating, I transfered to Premier. I needed a new debit card, and Dustin was the wonderful employee who helped me and made the process so easy! He was so kind, very personable and got me in and out within minutes WITH a new debit card! He definitely gets 5 stars!

Same day appointment for home equity loan. They randomly started talking about weed after talking I had mentioned my assets were heavily vested in cryptocurrencies. It was rather strange talking politics in a bank which is why this review. I'll bought my first house through this agency, made my payments on time, paid off the loan in full. I'll probably avoid this institutionally personally from now on.

Long gone are the days of a great bank- First Federal Bank- This new Premier Bank that they have switched to -has the worst customer service and are not out for business in my opinion. They are out to scold and close your account for every little nonsense thing. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere where you will have great customer service and a bank that actually wants customers!
