Excellent customer service, but purched a used hp laptop for $150.00 & was ASSURED IT WAS IN GREAT WORKING CONDITION.... Not only does it NOT HOLD A CHARGE BUT IT'S COMPLETELY INOPERABLE.... THANK GOODNESS WE PURCHASED A 30 DAY WARRANTY, AS I'LL BE RETURNING THIS PIECE OF JUNK TOMORROW AND GETTING OUR MONEY BACK.

This place is a joke. I purchased a xbox one last week and the controller didn't work so I went today to swap it out for another. This one doesn't work aswell and when I called the guy acted like I was lieing and that it did work dismorning. Then he had the courage to say that I can't keep coming back and swapping stuff like this is what I want to do especially with how gas prices are.

Don't take your gold here these people have no idea what they're talking about. Took a necklace I got from Kay Jewelers that's just been sitting around to see what they'll give me and they said it was pulling towards the magnet and said they had to scratch it to see if it was real. I said just give me get back and left
