I had inquired about getting a loan. Everything was a'go until I misplaced my title. I asked them to wait. I had discussed my situation with someone else and they gave me a much cheaper option. So whenever Lendmark called I told them that I had gone with an alternative choice. That should have been the end. Then I get this letter saying "credit denied". Excuse you. Y'all said yes. I said No. Don't ty ry to play me like I was the problem. It's bad enough my credit score went down to even take the steps but then y'all insult me. Rude AF. Highly don't recommend.

I started off with the office in Wooster. Great experience every time. Since I now live in canton I tried this office and received the same care and professionalism. 5/5
