This team was courteous and informative. All the people complaining about high interest rates should either 1. Look elsewhere or 2. Get a better credit score. No one is forcing your hand to get a high interest loan. As far as the staff they were very helpful and great to work with. Smooth process start to finish. Thanks again!

I find it hard to,believe that as much business I have done here that a simple 77 cent error on paying a payment resulting in a LATE FEE of 15.00 ! A simple ,very minor on line error ,,I would have gladly paid an extra 5.00 for the notice to correct it ,rather than. Just being shocked on a LATE FEE for a typing error of 77 cents ! I think this month I paid an extra 15 to be safe ! I imagine it's not a human that said it's a simple mistake ,add the 77 CENTS to next month ? Likely a machine that saw anything over a SINGLE PENNY ! -- GREAT ! A LATE FEE ! THANKYOU !

This place should not be able to charge people the high interest that they do and tell you that they cannot show you what of your payment is interest or not. I think they take advantage of people and charge them a ridiculous amount of interest. I feel if a company can give a loan to someone then they should be able to give you a written break down of what you pay in interest a month. I would not recommend them to loan anyone money.

My mother unknown to me took out a loan with these sharks. when I found out I paid it off immediately. I recently had moved my mother down to Georgia with me and she three times notified them of this so they could switch the lien to the Gerogia DMV. They did not. After the loan was paid in full they still sent it to the Ohio DMV. When my mother called they were less than helpful. As of today I put them on notice to rectify this immediately or I will be filing suit against them next week. Their error which they refuse to fix has caused her to have her license suspended since they do not have the title and cannot process her new license.

Called in to have them explain a charge yesterday the guy couldn't. Wanted me to make appointment to come in. If you can't explain over the phone then don't belive you can explain in person. Predatory loan company and high interest rates.
