I wouldn't do business with this company as they are completely unprofessional and took offense over that. Ask for the lender directly and they will accommodate you with a payment plan so the LOAN DOESN'T DEFAULT OR NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL, and so they are not pocketing the "interest."

I came in Saturday to Pamela it was about to close... She stayed 20 minutes after closing to help me... She is amazing.... She is very kind and caring.... She goes above and beyond for her customers... Best experience ever.... Definitely 5 stars for me....

Buyer beware! No longer use checks. They are middlemen for two different loan offices. Ivy charged me $150.00 annual fee and $25.00 credit check fee for a #200.00 loan!!! So those details were left off verbally by the oh so nice clerk. She did warn me about the whole loan needs to be paid all at once within 30 days. Late fees are super high which she also told me that. The company did admit it will sell your name and address to everyone of there fellow loan sharks. Which they were true to their word. If it is the last place on the planet you can go, then go ahead and use them. But read all the electronic stuff they ask you to sign off on. Don't trust the people selling you the loan.

I'd give no stars if I could. These people have systems that go down constantly which means they won't give you your money. During this virus I've been running deliveries for people who need them but could not because of checksmart. Not only did I have to drive to 3 different places, they charged me fees extra. Thanks checksmart for being in this we're all together thing. They screwed me and the people waiting on their supplies. When I mentioned that to them they didn't care. I mentioned going to attorney general, they laughed.

Great service. There is a super friendly worker there by the name of Helen who is always friendly and smiley. Fast service and happy smiling workers. 10/10!

The ladies at checksmart are so helpful they help set me up for a Greendot Card now I can get paid 2 days early. Ms Helen keeps her team on point they are always helping customers get approved for loans when i come load my card. Even if it’s busy i always receive amazing customer services with all 3 ladies Thanks Checksmart.

Had a wonderful experience with Aiyana and Sonja. Everything was explained in a way I could understand. They were professional and polite and helpful. Answered all my questions. I appreciate everything!
