Mariner Finance, Cincinnati, OH

The first time I visited Mariner offices located at 9128 Union Cemetery Rd Ste. O, Cincinnati, OH 45249. One of the agents called Mary welcomed me and explained the process. I quickly, got the small loan I was looking for and paid it back in 3months. One year later, I came back, the two agents who worked on my case were not professional, but rude and racist. I kept it cool and nice thanking that they probably had a bad day. I followed up two days later, a female agent picked with a such hash voice to the point that I started asking about my case and she hanged up. The following will I also called but and nothing has changed, since then I decided to never even think about Mariner. I have no idea who is the branch manager but you guys disappointed and lost a loyal and patient customer who will never refer you to anybody else.

Mary Hadley very nice able to answer all my questions. Paperwork was pain free able to see on computer screen and you get a copy of all.Mary didn't waste my time. Call Mary Hadley and she will work to help you with your need.
