I felt like a criminal trying to cash my own business check, I was interrogated and it was our 2nd time going. I just left and went to my bank and no questions asked, was greeted with a smile and felt respected I didn't feel like a criminal.

All the ladies here helped me so much I needed some extra cash for my dad's funeral, thank you April and Santiana and the other lady at window 6, I will be returning!

Love the staff! Never have any problems cashing checks from my grandma. Every time I've got off work late & missed the bank I can always count on them after normal bank hours even some holidays! Certain % is taken from my check but can't complain when it's the oy place open. Plus staff has always worked w/me Never got a loan, so idk about the rates.

I got a new loan for $600, under the agreement. [The laws changed on how they can beat innocent people out of there hard earned money, and get away Beware!! I only wanted $200, the way she explained the contract to me was, if I take out the 6 hundred and pay back 661 in 15 days(which was mandatory) the next time I can take out a smaller amount. I didn't know I was going to be swindled out of an additional $160.00 for the contract fee, and no matter what if you opt out of the contract you still have to pay for it. These people are preying on innocent low income people. Please don't fall into the trap I fell into, horrible business practices. I hope they go out of business..soon. When I called there corporate office I was told no one was available, and that I should leave my number and they'll call me. Sure they will, I'll keep fighting this until I get some satisfying answers, despicable company, with shady service. It figures, RIP off the poor and give to the fat cats. I'm really angry at these thieves, and hope this review helps someone who is unaware of there schemes.

Went to this location for a reloan and my husband asked questions about the fees involved. The lady behind the glass gave us instant attitude and would not explain the details of fees associated with the loan. My experience was the poorest I’ve ever received in any business I’ve had any kind of interaction with. I will never return to to this company once the loan is repaid, and if I do I’ll be seeking a new branch with a fresh face. If you have the gas money to drive to a different location I urge you to do so! -7/10

All I can say is miss April the manager is amazing, she has so much patience with people and always gots a welcoming smile no matter what. Let me not forget Megan, she another wonderful person, always nice and patient with me. Gotta say these two woman are the only ones I will go to when I go.

Not a frequent customer but when I do come to this location they’re always friendly and patient! Even when understaffed the customer service is great and everything is done in a timely manner. I believe April was my teller and she was 10/10
