PFSC will definitely work with people yes they will turn your car off if you miss a payment but will also work with you and let you get caught back up and not take the car back ! My boyfriend Jesse A has a car loan though them and we fell on extremely hard financial problems and they are willing to allow us to pay a weekly payments to get ourselves caught up any other company would have done repo the car I missed last week's payment because my family has covid so I will be contacting them this week to let them know that we will still be making a payment and I'm sure they will be okay with it they're not a bad loan company they gave you money for a car your expected to pay it back it's common sense! .

Paid payment yesterday and car is turned off can't talk to anyone until Monday very unfair

Ever since I have worked with PFSC on my loan. They have been courteous, great customer Service and understanding. I was so impressed with them that after my first loan, I went back and got another car with them. I can truly say they are the best company to get a loan through.

For the past 10 years, they have been kind and professional. I would highly recommend their service for your auto needs. The personal attention to my needs was the game changer for me. Good job PFSC

Update, Melissa called me to make it right and helped me by extending a payment and helping me for the month. This is great seeing as its so close to Christmas. She stated she didn't know about this situation. I appreciated her for helping me with this! They'll ultimately screw you first chance they get. Had to change my insurance company and ended getting charged $75 dollars because the lein holder was put it wrong by the insurance company. Refused to work with me without adding late fees nor would they break up the payment to something manageable. They don't care about people, and treat you like your dirt Second car I've bought from them, I've never missed a payment and this is what I get. Sad how greedy they are.

Honestly, I've had issues with this vehicle but it has nothing to do with PFSC as the finance company. I get the position they are in to collect and I feel they understand my end as well when my car isn't working right. Melissa absolutely followed up with me on my last complaint and she resolved the issue immediately! Thanks Melissa, your customer service is appreciated 👍🏽
