I was under the impression that I will have to pay in installments every two weeks until the loan is paid off I was not aware that they take the whole amount the next time you get paid I took a loan out and did not even get to used the money because they took it all out. That was a big waste of time and money. Needless to say I won't deal with them anymore

Waited 20 min while the lady kept answering the phone and then get told their credit card machine is down and they can’t help me when they finally do wait on me.

Customer service at this location is horrible and so it the supervisor. The employees don’t know what they doing and messes up on the customers end. Lack of professionalism.

Hey, I would like to make you guys very aware the Mrs.Brenda & Mrs.Candi customer service is GREAT! These guys are very patient , very helpful, & also very welcoming. I received nothing but respect & smiles from these women.

Check Smart on Colerain has superb customer service. Taking care of business via telephone makes things much easier. I'm always greeted with a upbeat cheerful welcome from Mrs. Candy especially. She is such a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work!
