Do not go to this office. They knowingly were aware that i was pursuing this loan for bereavement purposes to cover a close family members funeral expenses while waiting for payout of benefits. They did not advise me that they would need me to bring the vehicle after an hour and a half drive. I talked to the manager who had no remorse for the rudeness and waste of my valuable time. Jasmine glared at me trying to intimidate me the entire time I was in my vehicle after requesting to speak with the supervisor, unaware that I was taking pictures the whole time to provide to upper management. The manager had no offer of solution. He just kept repeating do you want the loan or not? Do not go to this location. The manager and staff do not know what they are doing and do not know how to deescalate situations and cannot take ownership of their errors or mistakes. Bad for business - And I am not desperate enough to deal with their horrible staff. They are trashy, especially the girl with the white or yellow stripe in her hair who tried to threaten to call the police for calling them out on the horrible treatment of their customers. Also they did not have empathy of any kind in my situation, which is why I took my business to their competitor and contacted the corporate office to file an official complaint on their business practices and ethical behaviors. Interestingly, I received an email to request photos after my appointment time, which makes it look like someone ^ahem^ is obviously trying to cya. however the time stamp proves otherwise. This office just needs to do better all around. I talked with corporate who stated they grossly mishandled the situation and do not follow same procedures, even into the loan process. They stated they were wrong on several accounts. Do better! Be better!

While we had a rocky start with the software side of the program, trying to get my husband on the account. It was fairly easy. A few misunderstandings and well, we didn't have to lon gfor the wait on the money. Thank you again for all your hard work. And sorry about all the frustration that we caused.

I took out a loan and was offered via a letter and website additional funds and a refinance of my loan. I assumed that this was already pre-approved with a soft credit pull, but no they just send these out to everyone without any real soft credit pre-approval and then they have to do a hard to pull to see if you are qualified, this dings your credit score. Also they will not stop calling they just kept calling and calling and calling to have me do a hard pull. I was late with my payment only 1 time and it was purely by mistake and they worked with me on the late fees since they knew that was out of my character. Loan is paid in full and I will not be a returning customer due to amount of calls they do. Maybe send an email........

Applied for online loan got approved , first business day Omar calls me and i say Ok i need Some time to get paperwork together i will Call you guys back in a few days when i get It together and come into office , immediately started pressuring me to get information over the phone using aggressive sales tactics , called me back later that day and i told Omar again i will Call you guys when i am Ready so he then proceeds to call my phone three times a day and leave a voicemail and immediate email three times a day everyday for a week straight until i finally called them and told them to remove my information from there system in which he hung up on me , so i called back and he proceeded to argue with me saying well i gave you a few days to call us back ( but they have called me three times a day since ) rude customer service horrible pushy sales tactics bottom line i will never get a loan with this company due to my upfront customer experience . Run fast while you can

Very poor will not use your company again.
I have had a loan with the Heath,Ohio 43056 branch starting around 2000 on and off
in the tune of around $30,000.so i apply online got a call from a rep. give all my inform.
told him i was trying to restart my credit and that i file for BK. back in Feb.2015 and it was discharge
for 4 mo;s now. so when this man call me today and sorry we can not loan you any money.so i guess
the $30,000 and also on time and you got your money after i filed BK.that means nothing to this company.and your branch manager is a smart ass to so thanks for you help in my restart on my credit
