Premier Bank Mortgage Loan Center, Cincinnati, OH

I have been trying to get in contact with this bank for the past 4 days and have been on hold for lengths of 30-45 minutes. I am miles away from an actual branch and cannot physically come in during the work day. Why is it so hard to get in contact with a bank representative?

We have been trying to build a house for 5 years. It seems that other banks have always pushed us back due to my husbands self- employment. Not this Bank and not Scott Baker. Scott Baker was our loan officer and went above and beyond to make our processes go very smooth. There was more then once I was getting a response after hours knowing Scott had been there early that morning communicating with me . Our family could not thank this bank and Scott enough for making our Dreams come true with a super low interest rate
