For the last 2 weeks, I have been in and out of East Cleveland ACE Express store. The cashier has been very patient addressing my needs. Today 5/4/2022, when I entered the store, she had a line. She could have been flustered, yet she was not. I appreciate her skill set in helping customers address their needs.

I recommend not doing business with this company. Someone gave them my email address by mistake and now I'm getting all sorts of emails I don't want about the transactions their customer is processing through this company. They should really confirm they have the correct email address before sending out this type of information. But I guess they save money for executive bonuses by being cheap on IT security.

Don't Take The Ace Flare Metabank Card! They just charged me $9.95 for monthly debit fees! My tax return was only $400 for God's sake! And there's a $3 fee every time you use it as debit! I specifically asked them were there any usage or monthly fees, must have slipped by me in the fine print. SO THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED. But they're very friendly, I just recommend getting your cash and not getting it put on that horrible little card :(
