Whomever is the customer service representative today is rude and hung up on me. Had to call back. Other times I have been there the young ladies were awesome

I was helped by Judy at the Memphis Fulton store. She was so sweet and her customer service was amazing. She helped me with the service I needed and gave me some options for other services I could use. She was very knowledgeable of everything I needed and very sweet when I did understand something. She is a fabulous person to be working in customer service and I will definitely go back to this store if she is working.

The ladies at this branch are absolutely wonderful. I have been using this location for 6 maybe 7 years now and every year I am Never disappointed. I am always satisfied with my visit. I get the exact help I need. For years I have felt safe coming to this location and only this Ace Checks Cashed location. I appreciate the care and respect they give to the customers the most. They never let me down. Thank you for your services ladies.

Came in for the first time for a quick money order. Mary was the sweetest, she greeted me right away, was very professional and made me feel so welcomed. Thank you for being so friendly and efficient, you have a long term customer thanks to her

I randomly visited this location a few days ago because I was hit with an unexpected financial situation and I needed money now, I wasn’t in a position to wait until payday. I was an emotional wreck and embarrassed I even had to do this….. well Mary not sure of her last name was amazing! She was so compassionate, understanding and made this process as smooth as possible! Definitely would go see her again if an emergency arises again!!! But fingers crossed I never need too!!

Never cashed a check here before. I walk in and the lady at the desk was talking on her cellphone. Once she was finished with her non work related call she was rude and made me feel like I was disrupting her from whatever she was doing even though there was no one else in the building. Then told me she couldn’t cash my check and rolled her eyes. I had a better experience at Walmart and it costed $8 there vs $46 at ace. Thanks but no thanks

Beautiful mary was super helpful and the best customer service ever I’ve never seen someone handle a stressful situation better she was the best! She needs a proper thanking for her hard work she still hasn’t served me wrong! Way more help then even at other aces!
