I have had 2 loans with this office. One was with Springleaf and the other was with Lendmark. The people that I dealt with were the Same. I had great communication with the people at this company. Even when I could tell that the person I was talking to was not having a good day, they were STILL professional and polite!!! The next time I need a Car Loan, I will be calling on them.

Very poor at communicating, doesn’t accept auto-drafts, doesn’t update customer information after it’s given, likes to return your payment then charge you a late-fee, and over the phone payments aren’t always recorded and are very often times down. This place use to be amazing when it was Springleaf. Unfortunately now I highly advise to look elsewhere for any type of loan.

I bought a car through a used lot that used LendMark as their finance company. I drove out to the location and met with Debbie. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The business was clean and offered me a coffee or snack while I waited.
