Very poor customer service. I had a Ford Edge for over 45 days after the tag expired. I get contacted through FACEBOOK MESSENGER that my paper title isn’t ready cause deal isn’t finalize and gave me a heads up about some weirdness going on with my contract. I gave them tax papers, bank statements everything they asked for and everything was fine plus my down payment. Next thing you know another FACEBOOK MESSAGE that they need the vehicle back because no proof of my income for previous year ?????!!!!!?????? But they can get me into another vehicle but she advices me not to do it which why would I ? Foul me once, shame on you right ??? As the saying goes…. Don’t go to this business and expect them to actually give you a second chance of owning a vehicle. Yes they gave me back my down payment but a signed contract is a signed contract. I gave them everything they asked for and then some. Don’t allow someone to drive off your lot with a vehicle until everything is secure. Everyone told me to get a lawyer and fight it but I just gave it back because why deal with headache of this going on for years instead of just giving back the suv and washing my hands of it
