My experience was great! I went to the location on maple and the lady Sharon was AMAZING! she explained everything that needed to be for me to receive a loan to allow me to pay some bills! Great customer service and amazing workers. I definitely recommend anyone in need of money to come to this location!

I ran into a major snag a week before my next payday and had applied online for a short-term loan. Carlene, the manager at this location reached out to me not too long after letting me know she received my pre-qualification and I could come in whenever I was ready. Carlene was very polite and personable and efficiently took care of my needs. The funds were in my account after a few minutes just as she said they would be. If you’re ever in a jam like I was I would highly suggest this location all due to Carlene. Amazing customer service!

Cheryl was very sweet and amazing! She helped me out when no one else would! I highly recommend going to Advanced America!!
