Rude, dismissive and confused. You can talk to every person in their office and tell they hate their jobs. You can also talk to every person in the office and get a different answer for the same question. If you are considering getting a loan thru them because it's your only option, save up and save yourself the headache and overpayment.

I dealt with Regina and for the most part...she was very nice and did a good job finalizing my loan with Lendmark. The only2 issues I have with Lendmark has nothing to do with Regina...but the poor indications that you can pay your bill online.....no online payment address found anywhere on my paper work she gave me. Also, their interest rates are very high. 3 stars I gave this place.

Highway robbery. The interest rate, which they say is their standard interest rate, is through the roof. Expect to pay double your loan. I would have gone through someplace else if I had been more knowledgeable on financing. Will not do repeat business here. The employees are nice enough, but they give no indication that they're basically screwing you over with their loans.

Ii mailed a payment in March, the check cleared end of April and they didn't credit my account. I called in May brought the copy of cleared check and bank statement and its July and still hasn't credit my account got lame excuse that its an IT issue. Paid online and in June and 2 weeks later still hasn't cleared.

Aweful place to borrow money from. They are theives who prey on your moment of weakness! I promise you, borrow from them and you will regret it. Find another company. Advance America has very good ratings. Anywhere else but here!!!!!!!

terrible interest rate and very rude. I would NOT recommend anyone to get a loan from them. It is a low ball all around.
