Went here per friend request cause of recent xl large Mony income 6 figures,asked for pic id be able on all transactions per my acct .next 3 visits they never asked for id .. luckily I put that Mony in a different acct at another bank. And didn't lose any from their negligence. I only stay because my friend trusted them with his millions..yet my old bank wanted id just to break 100,s down into smaller bills..

I worked primarily with Denise Thomas who was most personable, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable in providing mortgage information (FFB's rates were the best at those times), timelines, and processes, etc. I would recommend Denise Thomas at First Federal Bank.
