It's.. ight. The first time I went, I dealt with a black dude, who said they don't except printers, Playstation Vitas or MacBook Air that are 2014 or under. The second time it was a black chic. I pawned my Switch with sixteen games a procontroller and power cable. Don't forget the dock. Along with Xbox Series X controller and PS4 controller. All together it net about $250 Don't go in there acting like a fiend. They'll lowball

If you want to get a general idea of what would be acceptable for a loan you can always call ahead. They are very friendly and will offer you suggestions for what can be accepted for a loan. I've had issues but management has resolved the problems. If you are a reasonable person this can be a good place to do business.

Customer service is very poor they make you feel unwanted and disrespected when you walk in as a first time customer!

I needed quick cash! Got a decent price for a very gently used Coach bag. Staff was super friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes! Im going back to purchase a smart tv when I get paid $$$ Nice because the consignment shop in Solon was bs 🤷🏽‍♀️😂
