Notarys there need training how to notorize the back of titles properly.

Loan officers are very unknowledgeable and did a very minimal job explaining their products. Very disappointing experience as a first time home buyer to be so misguided and misinformed. As a former real estate agent, I would advise against any home buyers using third federal and I will no longer be banking with them.

Because they have been closed from Thursday 21 until who knows when?
