I don't understand why so much hate. I absolutely love this place and the staff probably the best staff that checksmart has in Ohio..

Will never go here again. Had a loan then lost my job I called them to set up a better repayment plan then was denied now they continue to take it out of my bank account after 5 tries now I'm over -$300 so I'm definitely not happy with them and when I called to tell them to stop doing that and it would be paid back if they stop taking it out of my account they said I have no say in how many times they take it out for it to only be returned because they continue to take $200+ each time . my bank says the only way to stop is to close my account. So I will be today.

Took out a loan for 400.00 and have to pay back 652.00!!!! Save your money and use another cash advance place if you have too. This company a BIG rippoff and I am pretty sure that they are charging interest rates which are not ethical. It's a shame that this company takes such advantage of people in their time of need.

Charges huge fees for using their local offices. Did not inform me that the credit line was taken against my auto. People in the office are nice, buy uniformed.

The people in here are very friendly but sometime in the last year some standards changed and now they need a varying amount of supporting documents that I had never needed before to get my loans. Will not be returning here due to this runaround I get and the whole idea that they don't even know what documents they need all the time.

I went today and Niki was the person who helped me. She was very informative, kind, thorough and funny. She helped with any questions for me or my daughter. And she made sure we fully understood the interest, payback and any other concern! I recommend her for a smooth, easy process! She was fantastic and so very helpful!

I have been coming here for years. I appreciate when I walk in the manager calls me by name. When I go to pick my pizza up they never know my name. They always ask for it. I get great service here and they go out of their way to make every experience exceptional.

I went in to get a money order for my mom. I never filled one out before and Niki helped me. She was nice and patient. 10 out of 10 recommend.
