Mariner Finance, Heath, OH

As has been the case in the past my experience with the folks at my branch of Mariner was outstanding. The initial phone call about securing a loan was fast and friendly in nature. They had the loan ready for me to sign and pick up the next day at the time of my choosing. When I arrived to get processed the manager, Molly, was most professionally personable and very efficient. I was done in no time at all. The terms of the loan were extremely good as well. I would encourage anyone considering a loan to check this company out.

I spent all the time going over my information over the phone and I got a call saying I was approved. So I went in to the store to sign my documents and get my check, then they tell me all the sudden I'm not approved. They were nice but wasted my time hopes of getting the loan for what I needed it for. Thankfully Check smart gave me a loan without a crazy apr like mine was going to be with Mariner

Staff doesn't know what they are doing. Said I don't meet the guidelines for being approved but I could try applying online and see if it goes through that way.

i went to check on a loan and an came out with a lower car payment and money to spare. This was all in a few hours, very nice and made my day. One of my best experiences in my life being a widow and still able to handle my finances my self. Since i was an older person 86 and holding , very please with myself. Super nice ladies and very efficient, they made me very welcome. Very highly recommend when looking for a loan. thank you so much.

Had a great experience at mariner finance today , Tiffany in the Hebron office was great and the rest of the staff was friendly as well . Would 10/10 recommend
