Jill was absolutely amazing at helping me get thru the steps of getting my loan. She explained in detail the answer to every question I had. I absolutely loved it.

Jill is very professional and efficient. She made the experience easy and fast. She met all of my expectations, and was very courteous and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.

Courtney is very rude over the phone. I called in to see if I could make a payment and she had attitude in her tone as soon as she answered. If you are working in a customer service oriented business, it wouldn't kill you begin the call with a hello and end it with at least have a nice day and at least make it sound like you enjoy your job. I work in a customer service job where I have to speak with our clients over the phone. I understand that you encounter difficult people all of the time, but don't be rude and cold to people who call in actually trying to be nice and friendly towards you.

Things were fine, then we (i say we because an employee of One Main Financial did it) set up on-line payments, but when he set it up he put the wrong bank info in..... so i got a $40.00 returned check fee when i had plenty of money in the bank. What makes me more mad is that the employee set this up, and i know human error happens, but they told me they were still charging me the $40.00!!!!!! This has me so mad, the girl who works in the office was very rude about it, said "oh well, don't pay it and we will never close out this loan"! WOW!! THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS, AND SHE SAID IT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE!! EVEN HER MANAGER HEARD IT AND DID NOT SAY A WORD!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONE MAIN FINANCIAL FOR ANYTHING!

Courtney was mazing !, She made it easy for me due to my time being very limited, very professional, nice, and understanding. What ever she makes, isn't enough !!!!!

linda loewendick was the person who help, she was wonderful and answered all are questions loan went smooth would send my friends there for a loan. great and friendly workers there and very clean

Just called, and both people I talked to today were extremely snappy. Don't normally leave reviews, but this was out of left field/completely unnecessary.
