Terrible experience after being referred there by a friend. My loan was in process for 4 months and they had yet to send out an appraiser. I finally had to cut ties with them and go another route so I didn’t lose my contractors. Maybe my experience is not typical but I can’t recomend working with them.

I've been a client of theirs for over 10yrs and time and time i forgave them for their discrepancies. This time I will not and I will not suggest banking with them to anyone anymore. I am not sure how they do their posting but i had NUMEROUS of issues with it that causes issues. Some of them have been resolved with no problem and some have not and I had to take it on the chin. I am sure they will not care that they are losing a longtime customer as it it obvious from chatting with customer care. Its okay because its a matter of time before all the banking systems go down and you will get what you deserve. I am extremely disappointed.
