This lady disrespected my wife specifically saying she wasn't gonna cash a fidelity check for HER I have closed my account due to the disrespect

Bank is okay. Frustrating lack of customer service after hours or on weekends.

I dont like how i can just call n they will tell me anything i want about my account without asking me any security questions. I feel like a stranger could call them say they are me n get all my bank info. They also dont offer nothing. Very hard to even get a 100$ loan. Cant over draft at all. I been banking there for 2 yrs. The ppl there are very nice though. And they offer free coffee ☕ 😂 Pros: Employees are nice Cons: Wont help with no money. Give out your information to easily. They are a perfect bank if you just need to get paychecks doposited. But it stops there.
