SCAM ARTIST! they are NOT clear about the terms at all!! And want you to pay a monthly fee just to keep a line of credit opem when I said I no longer want a line of credit after paying off my loan I was told that's not an option ridiculous!!!

Took my income tax return there. It was a joke. They refuse to cash our check despite the fact that I have cashed checks there before. The place is a joke.

Took my check in that I received and got what I worked for.

They don't cash money orders.

I just want to say I played my part in this situation. I failed to pay a loan back the months of Oct and Nov. They did get their money on the 1st. I called on the 4th asking if I could borrow again and they told me yes, on the 7th at 5:16. I called on the 6th just to be sure, and again they said yes, at 5:16 on Thursday the 7th. I called today, the 7th at 5:17 pm and was told I owed $30 and couldn't borrow until this was paid. I called twice to be sure I could borrow again. I owed 3 months in car payment and my cat hadn a 1400 surgery. I am on disability. I can't come up with $30. I have begged, borrow, and well...I haven't stolen, to pay for the surgery. Now, they won't loan me any money. I may lose my car, and my cat, Macy isn't doing well. In the long run and if you look at the bright side, I will get out of the Check Smart revolving door. They won't be making any more money off me. And to reinterate: I called them twice to be sure I would be able to reborrow and they assured me I would. I guess this has a happy ending. I suggest, people should stay away from these check advance stores. Buy only needs, not wants.

Everyone there was kind courteous, very expedited with service...Great smiles a highly energetic crew...I enjoy my visits.
