It took several attempts on the phone back and forth. No one answers when you call. The man handling my account set up a phone appt, and I never heard anything til I called 3 days later to check in. I had to physically go in the branch to get it taken care of. Even then, my approvals weren’t what I was initially told I was approved for. An entire $1,000 less actually. So that was disappointing. They were trying to include my vehicle as asset, which would double my interest rate, raise my monthly payment and only give me an additional $500. Not worth it!! In the end, I did get a loan which helped better than nothing. But I have to say, the whole process wasn’t very smooth.

This place is just horrible. Disrespectful. They don't answer the phone. A person name Chad ran my application told me to get an updated paystub. I told him ok I get one on Friday. He said that's all I need, in fact they have told me that a few times. My application was shut down before Friday. He said we will have to run it again.... like woah... OK if I got denied for ANY REASON.. you shouldn't baiit me into doing another application to ruin my score. This place just gets paid every time they run an application. They never answer phones so you can't talk to them on your time.

Very nice people but they don’t answer the phone much or return my calls. I’m in a bind hoping for things to work out so it’s kind of upsetting sometimes. But they’re very kind and helpful people

What’s the problem Why do you never answer the phone And further, why have a voicemail with no intention to return the individuals call. Get an offer from YOUR location. And no one can communicate even

I called and asked a bunch of questions as I was very hesitant about applying, after rebuilding my credit score. The branch personnel were very professional and helpful in answering all questions, the process was absolutely very smooth and fast. My approval was within seconds and closed on the loan the same day. Funding was also super fast! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a personal loan with real people not just a person on a phone.

Lazy people. Very difficult to get a loan when credit karma recommends me that I have excellent approval odd. They ask me documents after documents which I get them all. And they are asking a documents that is not exists. I gave them my tax return, my ID, My Social, My Paystub and I have a good credit score. I even show them my tax filing. They are still asking a documents that is not exists. The worst and most lazy people. They just work for the payments, they don't care if the company is making money.. I am highly qualified candidates but they make it very complicated, .. instead they just looked the computer screen and don't help me at all. .

My Goodness, Chad B. Is a great and wonderful human being, that is very knowledgeable about his job. Also a wonderful experience with a great atmosphere and positive attitude on every aspect of life's work.

I hate how they conduct their website, apps and how the store handles the calls and applications. I was told I'd be contacted multiple times, I'm not... they don't even let me add my wife onto an application or include her in my household income. My Job isn't good enough. My payment history isn't good enough and all they do is making me run application after application... I own a 150k home no payments and they act like I can't afford a basic loan.. they don't answer the phone. It can be very unpleasant. I'm trying to switch branches and can't even seem to figure out how to do it. It's all problematic and tears up your credit for no reason. And let I remind everyone I paid off a loan asap with them. I've shown to be a valid customer, with valid income
