Cashier greeted me as I walked in. She had a hreat energy and was very helpful. Had a notary on-site and i got all my documents notarized for free.

Charged me $8 to cash MY OWN PAYCHECK. Ridiculous... Never had my own bank charge to cash my paychecks. Stick with Superior Federal Credit Union. They are much better.

Stay away from this branch especially STACY the notary. She has no idea what she is doing or talking about. I’ll go back when they fire her.

Needs a call and complaints made with BBB. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They let money be removed off your account even if it shows its not in your account,causing a negative amount they wont fix.
