Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Lima, OH

Fifth third bank is a disgrace to the banking industry. Even if you can prove fraudulent activity they won’t work with you. They will also try to hold any big check you get even if it’s payroll or government issued. They held my tax refund for three weeks. They also held my Workmen’s Comp. paycheck for a week. They have the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen at any professional establishment although I don’t consider them professional at all.

We use this bank for work; have never had an issue there. The only time that there was an issue was if their check reader is down and I have to wait for another time. But, the tellers are always friendly, and very efficient. Love this bank.

Set up an appointment 2 days in a row with the banker to open a new account and both days he was in the office with people. And wasn't even apologetic enough to come out himself and say anything. I'm disgusted and will be switching banks

Took 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. Side conversations seem to be more important than the customers. Worst fifth third I have been to.

It's super annoying that I get told "stop in anytime, no appointment needed" and when I do on my ONLY day off, "oh sorry, we're too busy". Okay, guess I'll go to another bank then. Thank you.
