Very dissatisfied, quality going downhill. My wife and daughter both have accounts there. Without going into detail, the teller got the accounts mixed up, and my wife had money taken out of her account without her permission. When we brought the matter up with the bank, their attitude was one of oh well which left us with having to replace the money. That is 100% poor business! The matter was their fault and they should replace the money. My wife and daughter need to take their business to a more caring and professional bank.

This is unquestionably the worst bank I have ever dealt with in obtaining a mortgage. Had we not been in danger of missing the closing date, I would have switched to any other lender. They forced me to provide them an additional $2,500 to be held for "repairs" that consisted of cleaning the carpet, fixing a hole in a wall, and $1,000 of it was for roof repairs based on their appraiser, who never got on the roof and never actually saw the roof because it was covered with snow at the time of his appraisal. The kicker was that the property appraised for about $11,000 more than what I was buying it for!?! They also did a property search and found another property owned by someone else with the same name as me and then insisted that I show proof of insurance on a property that I had nothing to do with. I provided normal proof of funds, but then they insisted that I show them proof that I could withdraw funds from my retirement account for a down payment...but I wasn't using any funds from my retirement!?! Then I received notice that a little over $1,900 was being refunded to me as an escrow overage, but I never received the check for this. I saw this amount go in and out of my escrow account a few times, but I'm not sure where it went!?! This is a pretty pathetic way to treat any customer, let alone a customer with an 800 credit score who is putting 20% down. They really know how to talk down to you here and I will never do business with these shady individuals again.

Great banking, but no coin counting change machine as it is broken. Post that on the web site before someone waits in the lobbie for 20 minutes.
