Only place we bank. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I will say the turnover tends to be high at times. You may not work with the same loan officer twice. But over all a great place

Great interest rates for credit cards and loans (but that’s any small town credit union). They’re living in the Stone Age. Require you to visit an office even to change your address. Their website never works and neither does the app. You’ll attempt to pay your bill with another bank and they’ll return the check over and over then slap you with a late fee.

I spent more time than i expected , But , Mrs Kopp saved me $$$ it was well worth time spent .... I've been banking with truecore for many years and everyone at DEO DR has always great me with a smile...

Would give less than one star if possible, constantly having card frozen and can’t access money, app and online services are a joke and don’t work and you can’t even get your card turned back on without talking to them or going in branch

I've been a member since 2010 and I just gotten my check again and they say that I can't deposit my money into my account because I owe them money but yet I still have money in my savings account which they can easily use to help pay off half my loan I still owe them

Save your money, go put it in a bank somewhere else true core are nothing but crooks. They will drown you with fees and overdraft your account without you even spending the money, they basically steal from hard-working citizens who put money into their bank, trusting them with it. Could not be more disappointed in the transactions that I’ve had with them over the past year several times they have overdrawn my account due to faults in their own system that they have admitted to my face, and then refused to refund the fees to me the past time it was over $300 can’t even close my account until I bring it back out of the negative which is their fault that it’s there in the first place. They are thieves liars manipulators and ultimately money hungry savages take your business elsewhere.

The ATM's run out of money on the weekends, half the time they're not working at all. You cannot make deposits on ATM

Well, I went into truecorefcu looking for a different credit union closer to my home. I also want to talk to them about replacing my home equity line of credit loan, and increasing that amount to cover my credit card debt, or possibly just to cover the home equity loan, that I currently have, and obtaining a lower rate credit card to through my higher interest credit cards onto so I could get rid of them. After doing a soft pull of my credit, I was assured that there would be no problems getting the credit card or the home equity loan. I was told would be better to go for the credit card and the home equity just to cover what I already had out with an additional 4000 to cover a small home improvement project and my taxes. Shortly there after I received a call that they decided that it would be best to just move forward with the home equity line of credit and throw all of my credit in with that loan. I said ok we Can do that. The following day I was told that they were not going to give me the home equity line of credit, but they could still attempt to get the credit card. I was supposed to know about the credit card yesterday, and that is still up in the air. I’m not even sure if I wanna keep dealing with Truecore all after this. Definitely not a good start.
