Had a bad experience and unprofessional incident in the drive thru for doing what I was told to do, we are all going thru this hard time together and I didn’t deserve the comment that was said about me thinking I couldn’t hear thru the glass. Then the tone towards me after that wasn’t any better. I’m not looking for anyone to get reprimanded I’m not about that, just bummed for being a long time customer and to be talked down to like that wasn’t necessary, I will be using other locations if I need to

Lauren is always super helpful. I had an issue with my card numbers being stolen and she took care of everything for me so I wouldn't have to call multiple numbers to straighten everything out. She's the best!

Terrible customer service. Employees didn’t know their services or fees. Best to find anothe bank

The line for the ATM was short and the women at the desk was helpful.
