I don’t find it to be very professional to reach out to a person’s place of employment inquiring to speak to someone personally about a personal loan request. It is shady to reveal to the reception desk who you are and tell them to “Google” the number you’re calling from to figure out why you’re reaching out to a person. If you can’t reach the individual on their personal number, leave a message. Don’t call around searching for them at work.

Got me the money I needed no hassles great company

Filed out an application online and it said I was preapproved. A lady called me and said I was approved and to come in with some documents. I went in and answered some questions and then signed for my loan. Took almost an hour but the customer service was excellent. The interest was a tad lower then I was paying (I refinanced my auto loan). I went from a $400 a month payment to a $163 payment! Gap insurance was not expensive at all. So far I am super happy with this place.

After applying for a loan on Monday and was informed that the amount that was requested was too high, but offered a smaller amount, witch I accepted. I provided all the information required and was scheduled to close the loan 2 days later. When I arrived, I was informed that I was declined for the loan. I've all ready committed to using the loan, they could have informed me before I arrived, since I could have seeked a loan elsewhere.

Not sure how this place has a rating of 4.6 stars. I read reviews in multiple places but still gave them the benefit of doubt and applied. Seems like all they want is your vehicle. My car is almost paid off - no way would I agree to a higher interest rate and extended amount of time just to have my vehicle signed over to them with little money left to pay out to me. Sadly, they did not offer me a lower amount at least without the vehicle. With them it's all or nothing. My representative was very nice, but their terms are ridiculous and not worth the hit to my credit report. I regret giving them a try despite what I read. Lesson learned.

Everyone at this branch went above and beyond to help me on a Friday afternoon and stayed Late to make I could get my money the same day. Thank you all esp. Stefannie
