Cashland, Piqua, OH

Bought several large led tv's from there. The only downside is they can't test wifi on the TV. It would be nice to know it works before buying it.

Worst experience all employees on their phones jamming out to music not helping and yes I felt like I was in the ghetto in there

HORRIBLE PLACE, VERY GETTO, STAFF RUDE AS HELL.

If you buy electronics that connect to the internet, make sure you run virus and malware software immediately!! WARNING!! They will install keylogger software onto devices. I purchased two separate laptops and found malicious software installed by cashland. They "wipe" and restore machines they receive but upload hidden software to the os. Up to date Anti-Malware software will show you the hidden applications, and shows who installed them: cashland/admin. If you buy electronics, do yourself a favor and remove the viruses they put on these machines. Horrible company to trust. If you need more information and proof, email me. If cashland would like to dispute this accusation, I would be more than pleased to share my proof with them or any authorities or legal contacts with evidence.

I really wish I could put 0 stars honestly. Cashland has always been my first choice with Pawn Shops, but recently I have received nothing but horrible service. Whenever I call and politely ask for a price range, I get nothing but rude and snotty answers from the employees, and they’re even rude in store. Y’all don’t even deserve the one star I had to give to be able to leave this review. They lowball offers as well. I couldn’t get them to give me a range, so I called the Sidney Cashland and got a nice reply quickly. So that tells me that their employees, in Piqua, are just too lazy to do their job. You should get some nice employees who know what good customer service is.

Worst experience for first time going to pawn shop, said ring bell for entry, then lady yelled to pull on door. then once my friend and i got inside the heavier set lady started talking trash and making fun of us for not knowing what to do. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.

Took in a new RYOBI drill set still in the box never opened. The woman behind the counter opens the box and says I'll give you $20. Could of told me that without opening the box!.

Used to be a nice place a couple of years ago but now the staff are extremely rude and lowball you on brand new items. Don't go here!
