The Piqua Ohio branch is Awesome! It was fast and easy to get the loan. And when I made an error and made 2 payments in one month they were very understanding and I had the money I over paid back in less than 8 hours. I will definitely deal with them in the future if I need another loan.

The staff in the Piqua location has always been very friendly anytime I needed to speak with someone. There was an illness where we had to make an arrangement to pay a little later and they were more than willing to work with me. --Brandi

Staff is rude, process is slow I recommend going to the Clayton office. The sign in the back of the office in Piqua says fast, friendly, and affordable the first two words are definitely lies for this location.

One main is a joke between me and my wife we make almost 90000 a year and one main will not Even look at us because are credit is not perfect they should change their motto to we only help people with perfect credit
