I am extremely impressed with this organization. I am a Realtor and I had some clients interested in a home which had been on the market for almost a year. That is an eternity in this current real estate market. It appears that he reason for it not selling was due to the assumption that since it was zoned commercial that it had to have a commercial mortgage. My clients wanted to use it as a residence, which was allowable, and upon contacting Christina from Monroe Federal we were ensured that a residential loan would not be a problem. Christina took great care of my clients and even showed up to the real estate closing to ensure everything went smoothly. This is pretty much unheard of. Thank you Christina and thank you Monroe Federal.
