To the best of my recollection I’ve worked with Jeff on three different closings and he was always thorough, professional and courteous. Though you may hate to pay various closing costs, the rate that Jeff last got me is so low that it’s making me money. My financial advisor has recommended that I don’t accelerate paying off my house, unless there is a great emotional reason why I would want to, but take the extra money and invest it even in something as safe as a CD as it would be putting money back in my pocket.
