I have never been treated better by any organization or person then I have been with Bill Hudson. He has been very knowledgeable, personal, and friendly and a joy to work with. My loan process was handled very quickly and without any problems. I am very please with the outcome and the savings he has been able to provide me. Even when I had a unexpected trip I had to take he still was very understanding. I will recommend him to any one who is looking to refinance. Needless to say Bill is someone you can trust and has your best interest at heart. I would like to add that the closing went very smoothly and I had a few unexpected changes for me which was in my favor. Jamie was helpful as well and it was a pleasure working with both of you. Would I recommend Bill Hudson and his Team at Northern Mortgage? Absolutely YES! Buying a home can be nerve racking and at times frustrating, but Bill made sure he kept us in the loop and explained everything step by step! Bill makes sure he's available anytime of the day, on some occasions even after hours and I can't Thank him enough! He definitely puts his clients priorities first. On each step it will tell you what your responsibilities are and what they need from you and explain what they will be doing to get you to the next step. I recently had the honor to work with Bill in obtaining my FIRST home loan. What could be a very daunting process to some, was a BREEZE.
