Shasta Shiner from First Ohio was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. As first time home buyers, we were very intimidated by the entire process of buying a home, but Shasta took such good care of us. Upon submitting my application, I wasn’t sure where it would go from there, but Shasta got the ball rolling quickly and assured us that a home purchase was attainable despite the crazy market right now. She assisted us in loan options, possible payments, and interest rates from start to finish. We recognize that we were not her only clients at the time, but we always felt like her number one priority. She was a huge supporter for our purchase, and our morale when we lost out on offers.
