They decided to drop a structural inspection a week before closing sale. They had the appraisal for the house for weeks so they should have requested it sooner. Plus they won't allow the close now because they want a few things fixed, which would push back the closing date which would work for us due to us living under lease. Absolutely horrendous customer service as well, they never picked up the phone when we had questions.
