They charge a late fee onto my balance and took it and never paid me back! I called ivy fiance and they keep saying they'll call me back, but they never did! I called 3 times already and they keep saying the same thing! Check Smart will steal money from you!

Marianne at the East main location just saved my entire day. There was a gigantic winter storm and everybody was driving about 10mph and I got there exactly at 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve when they closed and she was kind enough to open up her drawer and cash my check for me. It was such a lifesaver and I cannot thank her enough!

The first guy that we dealt with was great and always is when we come in. The females that work here need to find new employment they are rude and make you feel like you're a criminal and are trying to do something illegal.

The operator I dealt with was quite rude and dismissive, he was not friendly at all. Will definitely never be coming back to this store
