They help you if it's easy, but let a minor thing be out of place or out of the norm for them, and it's straight to the customer service phone line for you. I understand fraud is high right now but I'm a reg customer and the hiccup made was so minor but blown out of proportion, still haven't gotten my money back.... Just be careful

I have a Blacktop sealing and landscaping company and I always come here to cash my check almost daily and never no problem at all. Because I do all my check cashing here and have a subcontractor account I was even able to get a loan from them based on my checks I had cashed the past 30 days which came in handy. The manager is very nice

Horrible and rude customer service for no reason!!! Very unprofessional approach and questioning to the point where I felt as if I was a criminal and she was argumentative about everything. I was truly disappointed and will not be returning.
