Manager act act like he was upset I deposited a large sum of money

Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you and go the extra mile. If you go into the bank, they will always have a conversation with you. Only downside is the First Financial Banking app. It's not that great, but it get the job done. This branch can't help that. Overall, great bank and great customer service.

Been my bank for years...used to be Liberty. Good staff...always a pleasure to stop in. Thanks Dougie!

this bank is awful. half the time the app doesn’t work and logs me out and says my password that i’ve had for years is incorrect. my husband and i went there a few weeks ago and the lady rudely called my husband by his middle name even though we’ve banked there for years.

This bank will cash stolen checks and not ask for ID. Very poor business practice for a bank. Doug of of no use in helping find out who did it. Shane the regional manager is of no use as well. They need to worry more about the customer and verify ID's so they stop breaking the law.
