This is the best "bank" available they are big enough to get you a home loan and small enough to know your name when you walk in. They have so many great things and programs. They have a free coin counting machine no rolling pennies and getting a look from people, take in a couple crown royal bags of change and whammy they give you cash. They offer a separate savings account,so for every purchase you make say $1.75 they round up and $0.25 goes in your savings and you can't withdraw from this savings without going into the bank so you actually save the money. If you overdraft your checking they will withdraw from your savings account for you and whammy no overdraft fees. I have dealt with all the big banks and several small ones and besides the lack of ATM machines this is a winner any day of the week to the other banks.

I called in after 5:30 with a question about my mortgage and Shemar answered the phone. What an outstanding, professional individual! One of the best places to get credit started.

Friendly but a hassle to deal with. Seems like this branch is poorly managed. The tellers are slow and few. The mobile deposit takes days to clear. Trying to reach them on the phone is difficult and time consuming. Even the entrance to the parking lot is a hassle. Now that the lobby is closed for covid, drive thru wait times regularly exceed 30 minutes! Bottom line... Always a hassle!

Went in to get an account and they told me about 2 or 3 weeks before they could sign me up for an appointment. Well that does me nothing. Fix your horrible system. Shouldn't take that long to get an account. Never will I go there again. Also read all the reviews. This bank is not that great anymore.i can't rate it low enough to my satisfaction.

I have been a member for over 20 years until today. For the last couple decades this bank has had the best customer service software and systems that is easy to use out of any bank I ever used. Over the past one or two years they have rude people whose customer service skills are substandard and they have actually made it impossible to pay things I've been in there six times to pay some stuff that fell behind while I had some medical issues and they make it impossible. Despite the fact that I have the money my pocket to pay everything I'm going to file bankruptcy just to take them down and show my displeasure towards them. Don't use this Bank you will regret it
