LendNation, Broken Arrow, OK

What a horrible rude lady (Teresa), that works there. She should not be working in customer service. Went on my lunch to cash a check. Process took 45 minutes. Only gave 1 star because I had to leave a review. Will NOT be back.

The staff is friendly, professional, and fast! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an emergency loan or really any purpose because they have a great pay back options. Dallas is amazing and fair!

I understand the store closes at 5:30pm. I come in LendNation at 5:05pm. Teresa (Manager) was not pleased to have business. I simply came in to cash a check. She told me she couldn’t do it bc the banks close at 5pm to verify. Me, being a lender myself responded “Bank lobbies close at 5:30pm - the drive thru’s close at 6pm” Either way the check could have been verified. She ended up helping me with the transaction after throwing my drivers license at me and huffing and puffing. I always write reviews on customer service. And sadly I did not feel comfortable. It was late in the day I get it. BUT your job doesn’t end until 5:30pm.
