This is my first time opening a loan through them an they were so nice even when the system was slow. Thank you nice loan!

Poor management! Worst loan company I have ever dealt with so not use them go somewhere else! If you are late they send it to court and they won’t even call you I had no idea I was out of town working and it slipped my mind didn’t get a call nothing I go into make a payment when I got back and they sent it to small claims! So I paid the balance off which was 200 more than I borrowed and I had made on time payments before so some advice don’t use them they exploit you and take advantage of hard working people use a more reputable loan place! And no communication at all like I told the lady this all could have been avoided with a simple phone call! Now you’ve lost a customer and I will tell everyone not to use your company if I can get one person to not use them it’s a win! Predators what they are

I can not say enough about the superior customer service Nikki gave me. She did EVERYTHING over the phone and allowed me the freedom of not waiting on hold while they took care of their end of the process. I wish everything in life was as easy as it was doing business with Nice Loans! Recommend them over any company out there to chose from.

If I could give zero stars I would. So, I applied for a loan online and I swear they looked for every reason NOT to approve the loan. I sent everything the lady asked for and she came back with every reason not to approve the loan. It was the same lady I spoke with on the phone and I could tell from the start from the short answers and attitude I was getting and how I was a big inconvenience calling her which is what the website told me to do I knew this was a huge mistake from the get go.There are a million loan companies out there.Take your business elsewhere. You're wasting your time with these people sad to say.
